Kristan Weaver is a fourth-generation rancher and experienced REALTOR® who joined Fore Premier Properties in 2022. She holds a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology and Management and a Master of Agriculture degree from Texas A&M University. Kristan has over 20 years of experience in commercial and ranch real estate, investment opportunities, leasing, and development. Having sat as the Vice-President and interim President/CEO of the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, her knowledge of the Kerrville and Kerr County community and the 100,000+ consumer hub it serves is vast. She has successfully managed many political campaigns and is well-versed in planning and development. She's actively involved in several community organizations, including the Kerr County Livestock Show Association, the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, the Hill Country Charity Ball Association Board, Republican Women of Kerr County, Kerr County 4-H, and is a dedicated volunteer as a mom of two daughters. She actively manages her family ranch in Edwards County and enjoys commercial and land real estate sales and development.
