Fore Premier Properties is excited to announce that Lew wood has rejoined our group of professional associates. Lew was a broker associate with us in 2009, but in 2012 duty called him back to Dallas to assist his client in the sale of the historic Statler Hotel downtown. While at Fore Premier Properties, Lew was active in ranch and commercial real estate sales. Lew also served as a Commissioner on the Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commission. Since then, Lew has continued his successful commercial real estate business with an emphasis on multifamily, office, and land acquisitions and dispositions in the Texas marketplace.As a broker, Lew has sold or acquired over $1.5 billion in real estate. His past associations include many years as an investment broker at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Henry S. Miller, and as Director of Acquisitions at TVO North America. Lew is a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Nation Association of Realtors.Lew's heart is in the Hill Country. He and his wife, Sunny, have owned second homes here and have made many close friendships. Lew and his family enjoyed their membership at Riverhill Country Club for many years while visiting and living in the community. They have two daughters and two granddaughters. Lew also served for six years as a noncommissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. Lew is enthusiastic about returning to Fore Premier Properties and bringing his commercial expertise to our brokerage community with his 40+ years of experience.
